Amy Fan Conrad M.D.

Founder and Pediatrician

Dr. Amy Fan is a board certified, Harvard affiliated pediatrician in Boston. She obtained her M.D. degree from the University of Virginia, and completed her pediatric residency training at Georgetown University. She founded Kinder in 2018 to redesign the family-pediatrician relationship, empower parents, and transform health for children.   

Dr. Amy has particular interest and expertise in guidance for conscious parenting, attachment theory, and balancing evidence based medical treatments with wellness based holistic health for children and families.

JOANA FRASER M.D.

Pediatrician

Joana is a Mom of 2 young boys currently living in Boston, MA. She completed her medical training in Scotland, residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital (BCH). Prior to joining Kinder she was an Attending in Sports Medicine at BCH and Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. 

She strives to bring a more holistic and personalized care to families that works for today's busy lifestyles. She has particular interests in baby-led weaning, sleep medicine and lifestyle and environmental changes that positively impact health. Some of her favorite 'parenting' books include: Free to Learn by Peter Gray, How to Talk So Kids Will Listen, Listen So Kids Will Talk by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish, and anything by Emily Oster!

In her free time she loves doing anything that involves being active and being in nature. She also owns a small business called Littlemore, which makes organic, simple wholesome snacks for little ones.
